Gang Member Craddock Must Serve 169 Months In Federal Prison

  • Thursday, July 9, 2009

A 29-year-old Chattanooga man arrested last September in a gang roundup was sentenced on Thursday to serve 14 years and one month in federal prison.

Corey Craddock appeared before Judge Curtis Collier.

Prosecutor Terra Bay said authorities caught Craddock in five different drug sales.

She said he was dealing drugs in a house where he was residing with a woman and six children.

She said the house was near Notre Dame High School.

Attorney John McDougal argued that authorities filed Craddock handling drugs and money, but he said the video did not show a gun.

Prosecutor Bay said a gun was found at the time of the arrest and he pleaded guilty to having the gun.
