Anne Colette Chadwick, 57, of East Ridge, died on Tuesday, December 6, 2011.

Anne was a 1972 graduate of Notre Dame High School and was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Anne McDade; sister, Rita Lawson Pembroke.

Survivors include her husband, Mitchell Chadwick; her children and their spouses, Leigh Anne and Tommy Thurman, David and Misty Chadwick, A. J. and Leigh Chadwick, Alex and David Mahoney; sisters, Darlene Coogan and Bernadette Rather; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, with Father Michael Nolan officiating. Immediately following the Mass, a reception with the family will be held in the Parish Life Center.

In honor of Anne, she requested that everyone wear bright, vibrant colors to commemorate her life.

To further celebrate Anne's life, the family will be receiving friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, at St. Jude Catholic Church, 930 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga.

In honor of Anne, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.

Arrangements are by W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
