Virginia Waddey
Virginia Corinne Perkins Waddey, died on Friday, January 20, 2012 at Health Center at Standifer Place at the age of 91.
She was an associate of J.C. Penney for a number of years and a member of J.C. Penney Retiree Luncheon Club.
She was a devoted Christian and member of Ridgedale Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Irving and Nancy Gurley; husbands, Sidney D. Perkins and Eugene M. Waddey; five brothers, and two sisters.
She is survived by her son, James D.Perkins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with Ken Willis officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
