Kinser, Waldo Oran (Chatsworth)

Waldo Oran Kinser, 58, of Chatsworth, Ga., died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his residence.

Waldo was born May 12, 1953 in Ellijay, Ga., a son of the late Wilbur Oran and Texxie Dotson Kinser; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Kinser; and sister, Debbie Kinser.

Waldo proudly served for 20 years in the United States Army. 

He is survived by his sons, Jeremiah Kinser and Jonathon Kinser; daughter, Cassandra Kinser; grandchildren, Bailey Dills, Gannon Kinser and Zoey Pangle; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Julie Kinser; sisters-and brothers-in-law, Betty and Tommy Langham all of Chatsworth and Wanda and Jim Payne of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. 

Services to celebrate the life of Waldo Oran Kinser will be held Wednesday, February 15, at 11 a.m. at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at the Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Ellijay.

The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, February 14 at the Ponders Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
