Andrew Howe joins Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon
Andrew Howe, PE, has joined the Chattanooga office of engineering and architectural firm Barge, Waggoner, Sumner, and Cannon, Inc. as a Project Engineer.
“Andrew has a broad background in wastewater collection, pumping, and treatment,” comments Barney Fullington, PE, Director of Water Services. “He will be a great asset to our expanding water services team in Chattanooga.”
Prior to joining Barge Waggoner, Mr. Howe served as an Environmental Engineer and Project Manager with McGill Associates in Knoxville. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Tennessee.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering (2005) and a Master of Science in Business Administration (2011) from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. A native of Maryville, Tennessee, Andrew and wife Morgan currently reside in Chattanooga.
