District 9 City Councilman Peter Murphy filed his campaign finance report on Thursday - two days after the deadline - listing $5,570 balance on hand, $3,724 received during the most recent reporting period, and $2,783 spent during the period.
He listed gifts between $100-$250 - including a number from fellow attorneys.
City Councilman for District 8 Andrae McGary did not turn in a campaign report.
Former Councilman Yusuf Hakeem is running against Councilman Murphy.
Councilman McGary faces opposition from former city official Moses Freeman.
