SWAT Call In Harrison Ends In 1 Arrest, Another Taken To Hospital

A domestic-related call was received by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office at 9:55 a.m. Saturday at 7018 Maple Leaf Lane in Harrison.  

When deputies arrived, they found a victim who had injuries to her neck and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.

The male suspect, identified as Leon Biddy, 48, barricaded himself inside the residence, refusing to cooperate. Due to the volatile situation a decision was made to notify the SWAT team for further assistance. A dialogue was initiated with the suspect and after a short time he exited the residence and was then taken into custody.

Biddy was charged with especially-aggravated domestic assault and felony reckless endangerment, then transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
