2 Arrested For Aggravated Robbery On Palmetto Street

Two men have been arrested for a robbery early Wednesday morning.

At approximately 2 a.m. on Wednesday the Chattanooga Police Department responded to 811 Palmetto Street for a robbery from person. Officers located the victim, Bradley Alan Cabehart, 53, who stated two white males approached him.

Mr. Cabehart stated that one suspect held him down while the other struck him repeatedly with a large stick. The suspects took his wallet and fled on foot.

Investigators learned the identity of the suspects through their investigation and arrested both that afternoon. The suspects, James Leo Boas, 40, and Jerry Quincy Allen, 45, were charged with aggravated robbery.

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
