Kay Arthur, co-founder of Precept Ministries, will speak July 20 at 10:30 a.m. as New Covenant Fellowship, 1326 N. Moore Road, celebrates its 18th church anniversary.
Pastor Dr. Bernie Miller said, "It's a rare opportunity to hear Kay rightly divide the word of God, Precept Upon Precept. This is the month our dream turns 18."
Joe Vesselles, a church elder, said, "Our dream almost died in 2001 when we lacked the $100,000 needed to purchase our own property. Fortunately, someone believed in us and anonymously gave us the money we needed."
