The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to the state’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, Barry Eugene Moore of Nashville.

Moore is wanted by the TBI and the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department on the charge of first-degree murder. On March 15, 2014, Justin Roake was killed when shots were fired from an SUV, into the vehicle he was driving. Moore was identified as the driver of that SUV. He was indicted for first-degree murder by the Davidson County Grand Jury in August 2014. Moore is also wanted on a separate charge of failure to appear.

Moore, 28, is an African-American male with brown eyes and black hair. He is six feet tall and weighs 185 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Moore is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
