Matthew Trentham Charged With Theft On Hunt Road In Bradley County

Matthew Tyler Trentham, 23, has been charged with taking several pieces of jewelry valued in excess of $1,000 from a home on Hunt Road in Bradley County.

Sheriff Eric Watson said detectives working the case recovered one of the pieces while efforts continue to track down the remaining pieces of jewelry. The theft was reported to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office last Wednesday. Trentham was arrested Tuesday morning and is charged with theft over $1,000. 

Sheriff Watson commended the work of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigations Division, saying, “CID members continue to work around the clock in clearing cases like this one.

It remains our goal to lessen the number of burglaries in Bradley County and to clear those that take place."
