Alexander Scores 28 As Heights Rips Covenant 81-58

Hamilton Heights’ nationally ranked Hawks’ strong second half put Covenant Christian away Tuesday night 81-58.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored a game-high 28 points, including 22 in the second half, as the Hawks improved to 20-5 on the season. Hamilton Heights is ranked No. 15 in the latest USA Today high school poll.

Playing at Covenant Christian in Marietta, Georgia, also got 21 points from Nickeil Alexander-Walker and 10 by Therren Shelton-Szmidt.

Chris Agbo led Covenant with 22 points and Camren Ennis added 14.
