Soddy Daisy And Taxes

I am a new resident to the city of Soddy Daisy. I lived in the city of Lakesite for 26 years.

I would be interested to know how much tax dollars have increased in Soddy Daisy by new housing and construction alone and how that money is being used. Also my new construction home was recently assessed by Hamilton County. Does this mean it will be reassessed again next year?

Are we going to have a tax rate increase and then have the assessment raised on top of that? Seems like a double hit to me.
