Groundbreaking for Conversant Group LLC

An IT firm that has been located on Mountain Creek Road is moving to a new building on the Southside.
Conversant Group LLC held a groundbreaking on Wednesday morning at the site at 513 Cowart St.
Morgan Construction will erect the new building.
Demolition on a building at the site is to start soon.
The new building will feature a state of the art solar roof system.
John Anthony Smith started the firm in 2009.
He and his wife, Elaina Smith, are the principals.
