Patricia “Pat” Ann Hinshaw, 67, of Ooltewah, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017.

Patricia was born and raised in Ringgold to the late Faber and Betty Womack. She was a graduate of McKenzie Business School and retired as a mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service after 30 years.  Patricia attended Crossroads Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending her grandchildren’s baseball games, gardening and the beach.

Surviving are her husband, Tommy Hinshaw; children, Kim (Stan) Henry, Greg Burnett, Jill Burnett, Doug (Jan) Hinshaw and Dana (Justin) Welch; grandchildren, Logan Burnett, Austin Burnett and Caden Henry; sister, Jan (Tom) Walcott; and nephews, Jason Walcott and Chris Walcott.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 28, at the funeral home with Reverend Mike Steele officiating.

Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens East.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel, Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.
