Evergreen Property Management has merged with Elmington Property Management, a move that will result in the new company’s managing more than 2,500 units in the Chattanooga market, including Cameron Harbor, Ridgemont at Stringers Ridge, The Grove at Hickory Valley, Elements of Chattanooga and the Meridian.
The new company will retain the name Elmington Property Management and will operate under Elmington’s corporate leadership, including CEO Cary Rosenblum.
After the merger, the new Elmington Property Management will have over 650 employees. It will be responsible for operating more than 30,000 apartment units in 12 states. No jobs will be lost in the merger.
“Both Elmington and Evergreen were born out of a desire to build a better property management company that thinks like an owner and brings a flexible approach to a mature industry,” Mr. Rosenblum said.
“This is a win-win merger for Evergreen employees and clients, and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Aaron White, partner and co-founder of Evergreen Real Estate. “The team at Elmington is a great match for us, and we look forward to working together to deliver unmatched results for our clients.”
This merger applies only to the property management divisions of each company. Evergreen and Elmington will keep their respective development, acquisition and construction businesses separate.
