Future Capital, a tech-enabled registered investment advisor specializing in personalized retirement solutions, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Hannah Wilson as chief operating officer. With experience in investment banking and operations management, Ms. Wilson will focus on streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery for financial advisors managing held-away 401(k) assets.
Ms. Wilson will oversee operational efficiency, team development and client service enhancement to support Future Capital's continued growth. She will lead efforts to optimize internal workflows, scale technology infrastructure, and implement best practices that enable financial advisors to deliver more comprehensive wealth management services to their clients, said officials.
“Hannah's appointment comes at a pivotal time as we continue to expand our services to meet the growing demand for integrated retirement guidance,” said Jay Jumper, founder and chief executive officer of Future Capital. “Her expertise in operational excellence and strategic leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our ability to serve advisors and their clients while maintaining our commitment to simplicity, transparency, and trust.”
Prior to joining Future Capital, Ms. Wilson was a director at Raymond James on their Investment Banking team, where she led initiatives to improve operational efficiency alongside banker and client experience. Her background in financial services and technology operations positions her to drive Future Capital's mission of simplifying 401(k) management for advisors and their clients.
“I'm joining Future Capital at such an exciting time along its growth journey,” Ms. Wilson said. “With retirement accounts representing a significant portion of household wealth, financial advisors need reliable, efficient tools to provide truly comprehensive guidance. I look forward to strengthening our operational framework to support advisors in delivering exceptional service to their clients.”
Not only is Future Capital adding Ms. Wilson to the team, but the firm will now also have Karl Matthews serve as a shared resource between Future Capital and its sister company SIGNiX, where he was recently appointed chief product officer. Mr. Matthews will leverage his background in financial technology and product development to enhance Future Capital's product offerings while maintaining his leadership role at SIGNiX.
These leadership additions reflect the growing demand for integrated retirement guidance across the wealth management industry. Future Capital has established partnerships with Hantz Group, AssuredPartners Investment Advisors, and Axos Clearing, while also making its solutions available via SS&C's Black Diamond Wealth Platform and launching its all-in-one digital Construct platform. These initiatives collectively strengthen Future Capital's ability to help advisors provide comprehensive financial planning that includes workplace retirement assets.
