Another Large Apartment Complex Going In On Manufacturers Road

Another large new apartment complex is going in on Manufactrers Road.

This one will be at 702 Manufacturers Road west of the freeway.

A drawing shows five buildings at the site near the Tennessee River.

The buildings will have an industrial type design.

The developers will go before the Form Based Code Committee related to parking and landscaping.
