Chattanoogan Arrested In Charlottesville At Rally

A Chattanoogan was among several people arrested at a rally in Charlottesville, Va., on Saturday.

He was identified as Troy Dunigan, 21. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

A group was protesting the decision to remove a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.

A car was driven into a group of protestors, killing one person and injuring 19 others.
