The Lord called William Clint "Tractor" Pryor home on Saturday, December 15, 2018. William, at the age of 70-years-old, passed away at his home in South Pittsburg, Tn.
William was a man who loved his family, loved to dance, worshiped his Baptist faith, adored music and had a "collection of hats" he had acquired for many, many years that he loved. He attended the United Methodist Church in South Pittsburg and he had a lifetime career at Lodge Manufacturing until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Pryor, Sr. and Stella Reed Pryor; wife, Mary Lee Sellers Pryor; brother, Curtis Pryor, Jr.; and sisters, Margaret Pryor Spencer, Jewell Faye Pryor, Marilyn Pryor and Gwendolyn McCain.
Those to cherish his memories are his sisters, Portia Ann Sellers, Willie Mae Windham, Linda Martin, Karen Pryor and Deborah Charles; brother-in-law; Russell McCain; and several nieces and nephews.
His family will receive friends on Thursday, Dec. 20, from 12-1 p.m. CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. CST in the Chapel at Tate Funeral Home.
William will be laid to rest following his service at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper.
