3 Years? You have got to be kidding me. But it is the season to believe in Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny and TDOT.
Signal Mountain road repairs began in August, to be completed in September, oops November (and we will be back in the Spring). Dayton Blvd./Ashland Terrace work to be completed in November/December/January. And we won't mention the Highway 27 project.
No road project has ever been completed as predicted, unless there is a big financial incentive. So why do they bother to project a completion date? It will get done in three or four years (or whenever).
