House Being Remodeled At Sale Creek Is Total Loss To Fire

Sale Creek fire officials continue to investigate the cause of a house fire in Sale Creek Saturday night.

At 10:25 p.m.a neighbor in Sale Creek called 911 reporting a house fire at 2410 North Shore Acres. Sale Creek Volunteer Fire Department responded and arrived on the scene reporting 75 percent of the house was on fire.

Since the home was vacant and currently being remodeled, firefighters conducted a defensive attack to contain the fire to the structure.

No injuries were reported but Hamilton County EMS was on the scene for any potential injuries to firefighters.

Sale Creek fire officials confirmed the house is a total loss valued at $70,000.

The cause of the fire is undetermined and will be under investigation by the Sale Creek Fire Department.
