Ervin Moore, 38, is wanted on aggravated assault charges,
Chattanooga Police officers responded to a call of an unresponsive party in the 5700 block of Brainerd Road. in the 5700 block of Brainerd Road late Monday at 11:43 p.m.
Upon arrival, police located the male victim, Roger Thomas, 38, lying on the ground bleeding.
Hamilton County EMS responded to the scene and transported Thomas to a local hospital.
The victim's injuries are considered life threatening.
Based on review of evidence and information obtained during interviews, investigators determined there was enough to charge the suspect with aggravate assault.
