Austin Clemons, 22, was shot Monday night on Frazier Circle.
 
At approximately 10:27 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 700 block of Frazier Circle for a shots fired call.
 
Upon arrival, Chattanooga Police Officers located multiple shell casings in the roadway as well as property damage to a residence caused by bullets striking a home.
 
Clemons was transported to a local hospital via personally-owned vehicle prior to police arrival. His injuries are listed as minor.
