Father Camillus Walter Blazak, 92, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, June, 11, 2019. 

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, June 15, at 11 a.m. in the St. Augustine Chapel at Alexian Brothers, Signal Mountain, followed by internment in Elmwood Cemetery at 3 p.m. CST in Birmingham.
