Wilma Mae Lee McCormick, 94, of Rock Spring, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019. 

She was of the Baptist faith. She loved singing and was a member of the Join Jam Group that meets every Friday night. She had a passion for flowers and enjoyed spending time with her adorable pet Rusty.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy McCormick; daughter, Doris Smith; sons, Roy McCormick Jr., and Charles McCormick; brothers, Carl Lee, Joe Lee, and her twin, Wilbur Lee; and sister, Peggy.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Griffith of Rock Spring, Dorothy Williams of Ringgold, and Pamela Warren of Rock Spring; sons, Billy McCormick of Ringgold and Bobby McCormick of Rock Spring; sisters, Betty and Johnnie Mae; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jon Alverson officiating.

Interment will be at Crest-Lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Visitation will be held from 6–8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
