Patricia “Patty” Smith, 66, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Lenida Thompson and step-father, C. D. Thompson.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 31 years, Richard Smith; children, Tony (Mary) Carlton, Tommy Carlton, Shelly (Bobby) Sullivan, Steve Kocincki and Chris (Brandy) Kocincki; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Rose) Thompson and Joe (Yvonne) Thompson; several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Reverend Matthew Rickman officiating.
