Patricia Ann Breedlove Kemp, 75 of Wildwood, Georgia, formerly of Chattanooga passed away on September 20, 2019.

Patsy was a graduate of Central High School and owned the Swirl Delite in Lookout Valley for over 25 years before she retired. She liked to plant flowers, ride motorcycles, and go on cruises.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Charles Kemp, parents, John and Maude Breedlove, two brothers, John and Donald Breedlove, and a daughter-in-law, Krista Brock.

Left behind to cherish Patsy’s memory are her children, Michael (Michelle) Brock, Susan (Jeff) Townson, Jerry Brock, Mark (Candy) Kemp, and Michelle (Steve) Houston, six grandchildren; Jessica, Julia, Jillian, Matthew, Katie, and Christian, three great-grandchildren, four brothers; Robert, Freddie, Jimmy and Larry Breedlove, and one sister; Val Jean Berry, several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

A Memorial Service celebrating Patsy’s life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Wednesday, Sept. 25, at 6 p.m. with Min. Don Walker officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 3 p.m. until service time.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Patsy’s memory to the Chattanooga Down Syndrome Society, P.O. Box 48914, Chattanooga, Tn. 37405.

Arrangements are under the care of Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, Tn. 37412.
