The Speech & Hearing Center Hosts Couples Event For Hearing Loss Awareness

  • Thursday, January 16, 2020

A Valentine’s Day celebration event focusing on hearing loss awareness will be held on Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. at the Jewish Cultural Center. Guests will laugh together about the humor that hearing loss and miscommunication brings to couples with nationally known comic Moody Molavi.

Mr. Molavi is originally from Chattanooga and he and his wife experience the seriousness and humor of hearing loss on a daily basis. His wife received her first pair of hearing aids from the Chattanooga founded nonprofit, The Speech & Hearing Center.  Guests will laugh, learn ways to express yourself with your partner, and listen to hearing health tips.

This Valentine’s Day celebration event is presented by The Speech & Hearing Center in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga.

Tickets are $30 per person and include heavy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and entry to the event.  Tickets are available at  the Speech and Hearing website https://www.speechhearing.com or here
