The husband of a woman who died in a plane crash into Lake Chickamauga last Jan. 7 is suing the wife of the pilot.
Christopher Marinello, husband of Lynda Marinello, is suing Janet Davey, administrator of the estate of pilot Frank Davey.
The suit says the crash was caused by the negligence and recklessness of the pilot.
It says the plane was flying low and performing acrobatic maneuvers prior to the small craft dropping into the lake.
The suit asks at least $500,000 in damages.
