"Looking Forward And Planning For The Future" Is Sermon Topic At Middle Valley Church Of God

Middle Valley Church of God, at 1703 Thrasher Pike in Hixson, announced that Pastor Mitch McClure will lead a 'Looking Forward and Planning For The Future' Sunday, at 10:30 a.m.  Pastor McClure will continue a sermon series on the absolute promises of God and how they relate to the Bible and the Holy Spirit in the 10:30 a.m. service.   

Chili for Cusuna, a fund raising event for Honduras Missions Project will be held on Sunday, March 1, at 6 p.m.
in the Family Life Center of the church.  This event will include an auction, a chili contest, and videos/testimonies concerning past and recent trips to Cusuna Honduras.  All are welcome to participate. 

On Wednesday at 7 p.m. an interactive Bible study will be led by Senior Adult Pastor Craig Paul in the Administrative Office classroom.  

Middle Valley Church of God has been involved in community from the same location since 1946 and continues to partner with many local organizations including Middle Valley Elementary, Soddy Daisy HealthCare, Hamilton County Election Commission, Hamilton County Sheriff, Dallas Bay Volunteer Fire Department, Red Cross.  The church also is involved in multiple ministries in Cusuna, Honduras with orphans and widows. 

All services are open to the public and everyone is welcome to participate.

The Tennessee toll from the conoravirus has reached 37. Cases in the state rose to 3,067. Officials said 293 people have been hospitalized in the state from coronavirus.
