Douglas “Doug” McClure, 69, of Cleveland, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 8, 2020.

He was a member of the Lucky 13 CB Club; Doug had the CB handle of Trampus.

He was preceded in death by his parents W.P. “Jack”  and Virginia “Billie” Epperson McClure.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte McClure; children, Pamela (Todd) Gibson, and Anthony McClure; grandchildren, Alex Riley and Colin Riley; sister, Benita (Terry) Walsh; brother, Jerry McClure; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ethel (Marvin) Slaughter, Reba (Carl) Cate, Kathy (Wayne) Cate, Hazel Redd, and May Buckner; nephews, Whitney Walsh and Colby Walsh.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Rymer officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Springs Cemetery with Alex Riley, Colin Riley, Todd Gibson, Whitney Walsh, Colby Walsh, and Jeff Cate serving as pallbearers. Don Hallmark, Billy Wayne Pierce, David “Doc” Nipper, and Dennis “Dink” Nipper will serve as honorary pallbearers.

His family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks friends and family members to consider a life-giving blood donation at a local donation center.
