According to B Lab, the nonprofit certifying body of B Corporations, “Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy.” Local Venture Legal joins this rapidly growing movement of over 3,358 companies from 150 industries in 71 countries along with the likes of Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, New Belgium Brewing, and Hootsuite.
“When I created the concept of Local Venture Legal, I knew that I wanted it to be more than a law firm. I wanted to make a statement and be a force for economic change.
