Help Avoid A Child's Starvation

  • Wednesday, July 29, 2020

I personally know of no one who died of starvation.  Americans are fortunate in that regard. "Starvation" is not part of our daily vernacular.  Sadly, other countries are not as fortunate.

UNICEF reports it needs $2.4 billion to save the world's starving children and there is a way we can help.  $2.4 billion ÷ 328.4 million Americans = $7.31

Yes, it's an over-simplification.  Yes, some of those Americans are children, some are incarcerated, some in nursing homes, millions unemployed, and many face food insecurity.  Nonetheless, there is no reason any child should go without food.

Please donate $7.31 if you can and share this message with your list of contacts.
