Venue Church met with representatives from Howard High School to discuss how Venue Church and its members could partner with the school to meet community needs.
Through that conversation, Venue Church has decided to donate $50,000 to Howard High School in order to meet family needs such as clothing, hygiene products, and food items. This donation will provide the school many opportunities to help families and students that have faced economic challenges that result in distracted learning environments.
Howard High School will be assembling their student body for the homecoming pep rally on Friday.
Venue Church’s Lead Pastor, Pastor Tavner Smith, will have the opportunity to present the donation during that time.
