Subdivision With 82 Lots Planned On Pinewood Drive Off Jenkins Road

A subdivision with 82 lots for single-family homes is planned at 7531 Pinewood Dr. off Jenkins Road in East Brainerd.

The 18-acre property is the Buster Frazier estate.

Chazen Engineering is seeking a planned unit development for the project that is to include 1.29 acres of open space.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
