Chattanooga Printing & Engraving Property In North Chattanooga Sells For $2.4 Million

Chattanooga Printing & Engraving is selling its longtime site in North Chattanooga for $2.4 million.

A developer is planning a live/work project at the site.

The sale includes 110 Somerville Ave. and 100 Cherokee Blvd.

It was sold to Soto Llc.
