Remembering All On Juneteenth

  • Monday, June 21, 2021

America has established Juneteenth as a national holiday celebrating the freedom of black Americans.

I hope that this holiday will be a time we also remember and honor the white Caucasians who fought and many who died to end slavery.

Thank you for your post, Russell Bean.  But, unfortunately, you are asking too much for our ancestors that fought and died to end slavery be recognized or praised for their efforts.  The white Caucasian has only become the target of all that is wrong with our country.

Sad times for our people.
