Brogdon, John Glenn

John Glenn Brogdon, 83, of Lookout Mountain, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 in a local hospital.

Mr. Brogdon was a retired master sargent from the U.S. Marine Corp following 20 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his wife, Flossie Mae Vaughan Brogdon.

Survivors include his sons, John William Samuel (Sandy) Brogdon, of Navarre, Fl., Timothy Glenn Brogdon, of Lookout Mountain and Neil Emanuel (Raenell) Brogdon, of Reidsville, Ga.; daughter, Teirsha Lois Brogdon, of Lookout Mountain; grandchildren, David Christopher Brogdon, Amanda Lynn Greco, Emilene Marie Brogdon, Joshua Samuel Eron Brogdon, Elizabeth Nicole Brogdon, Kylie Laverne Brogdon and Grace Mae Brogdon; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 25 at 1 p.m. in the funeral home, with Rev. Reese Fauscett officiating. Full military honors will be given. Interment will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
