Christopher M.L. “Solo” Henegar, 39, of Chattanooga, passed away on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at a local hospital. 

 

Christopher was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area where he worked in the construction industry specializing in tile and roofing work.  He loved his family dearly and he was known for his funny pranks.  Christopher was a loving person, he enjoyed fishing and working on classic cars.

 

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael R. Henegar; father, Michael Anthony Henegar; maternal grandparents, Leonard and Clarace Goodson; and paternal grandparents, Leroy and Helen Henegar.

 

Survivors include his children, Ciana and Austin Henegar, and Baby Slaven; mother, Libby (Ralph) King; Fiancé, Fran Slaven; sister, April Broussard; brother, Don Lamar Jones, II; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at 11 a.m. at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.

 

The family will receive friends Monday from 4-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, Ga.
