Construction Due To Start In October On New Red Bank Subdivision

Construction is due to start in October at a new Red Bank subdivision at Hartman Hill.

Geoff Smith of RISE Partners said the 71-home subdivision should be built out in a year after the home building begins.

RISE took over the project in mid-stream from Green Tech.

It is located between Holiday Lane and the state motor vehicle center.

Grading is currently continuing at the site.
