Santa To Visit The Good Old Days Museum For An Old Timey Christmas Saturday

  • Thursday, December 15, 2022

The Good Old Days Museum in Soddy Daisy will be open Saturday for visits with Santa from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and with refreshments served through the day.

Located between the lake and mountains, the museum's home within the 1921 bank building in old Soddy is the perfect setting for an old timey Christmas. The public is invited to attend this special holiday open house and visit the SDMHA board members and volunteers. There will be stories of Christmas past, and guests may tour the exhibits or sing a carol with them also.

The Good Old Days Museum is open Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and is at the corner of Depot Street and Wall Street at 11298 Wall St.

Admission for kids is free for this event. A donation for adults is suggested and appreciated.

Saturday is the last day open for the 2022 season. Make plans to come to the upcoming History Fair on Jan. 21.

The Soddy, Daisy & Montlake Historical Association is a 501c3 registered non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the past for future generations. Year end donations are being accepted.
