Panelists are Melissa Blevins, president and CEO of the Chattanooga Area Food Bank and Wendy Winters, executive director of Chattanooga Regional Homeless Coalition. Ron Lowe, executive director of Every Valley Leadership Academy, will moderate the discussion.
