F45 Training announces the opening of its second Chattanooga location in November at 2372 Lifestyle Way, next to Publix at Waterside in East Brainerd. The new studio will bring F45's signature high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training workouts to the community.

The new F45 Training studio in East Brainerd will feature state-of-the-art equipment and provide
a range of group classes designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.
"We're thrilled to expand F45 Training to East Brainerd. With Adrian Copeland at the helm, both studios will continue to provide the energy, motivation and results that F45 is known for,” said Mr. Werk. "Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, F45's innovative training methods will help you achieve your fitness goals."
