Kyle Gavin Anderson, 25, of Hixson, TN, found the way to his Heavenly Home on Monday, July 18, 2022 well before we were ready to see him leave.

Soft spoken, kind hearted, and so very handsome, Gavin was just beginning to make his mark on the world. He loved the outdoors, camping, and excelled in rock climbing.  A graduate of Hixson High School, he was a craftsman when it came to beautiful tile installations. Gavin was a natural with small children and adored his nephew, Dean. He had such an affinity with animals that the family dog escorted him Home.

Gavin was preceded in death by his brother, Payton; his uncle, Nick; and his grandparents, Mary Anne Spencer and Bill Spencer.

He is survived by his loving parents, Shannon and Mike Anderson; brother, Reid Anderson, his wife Eryn, and their son, Dean; Grandmother Carol Anderson; Aunt, Denise Whalen, her husband Bart, and their children Kaitlyn and Knox; Aunt, Anne Hannah and husband Ralph. Also left to cherish his memory are a circle of great aunts and uncles, cousins, lifelong friends and so many members of our "family of the heart".

The family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the out pouring of support from Gavin's close friends. We love you as did he.

Should you wish to honor Gavin's memory in any way, please consider donating to the Humane Educational Society locally or perform an act of kindness such as buying food, sending flowers, or paying a visit to a lonely individual that is shut in or in need. It is by doing for others that we, ourselves, are healed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 24, at 4 p.m. at The Walden Club, 633 Chestnut Street #2100, Chattanooga, Tn. 37450 (located in the Republic Centre building downtown).

Visitation will be held for family and friends on Sunday, July 24, from 2-4 p.m. prior to the Celebration of Life, at The Walden Club, 633 Chestnut St. #2100, Chattanooga, Tn.

Arrangements are entrusted to Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, 423 531-3975.
