Melissa Martinez
First Horizon Bank has named Melissa Martinez as banking center manager of the First Horizon banking center on 23rd Street in Chattanooga.
In her role, Ms. Martinez is responsible for developing new business and expanding on existing client relationships. "As banking center manager, she upholds a high standard of customer service for all employees," officials said.
Ms. Martinez said, “Leadership is not about titles, positions or work hours. It is about relationships, and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to further the Bank’s relationships both internally and externally.”

Ms. Martinez is a graduate of Bradley Central High School in Cleveland, where she resides with her family. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and likes to travel and learn about different cultures and languages. She also sings on the worship team at her church.
