Dr. Paul Conn To Keynote Chamber’s 31st Annual Small Business Person Of The Year Luncheon May 22

The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce announces Dr. Paul Conn, president and chancellor of Lee University, as the keynote speaker for the 31st annual Small Business Person of the Year award luncheon, presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 11:30 a.m. at the Museum Center at 5ive Points.

Officials said, "Dr. Conn, a beloved figure in the Cleveland community and a longtime champion of leadership, education and service, brings a wealth of experience and insight to this year’s luncheon.
Known for his decades of impactful leadership at Lee University, Dr. Conn has played a pivotal role in shaping the region’s educational and economic landscape. He is also the 2001 recipient of the Chamber’s prestigious M.C. Headrick Award."

“We are honored to welcome Dr. Conn as our keynote speaker,” said Mike Griffin, Chamber president and CEO. “His unwavering commitment to Cleveland and his ability to inspire through vision and service make him the perfect voice to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship and community that this award represents.”

"The Mel Bedwell Small Business Person of the Year luncheon recognizes outstanding local business leaders who demonstrate innovation, growth, and a strong commitment to community values," officials said. "The recipient of this year’s award will be announced during the event."

The luncheon is open to the public, and tickets are available through the Chamber of Commerce. Seating is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
