Sandra Sanders
Sandra Faye Sanders , 77, of Athens passed away Wednesday, December 6th. She was preceded in death by her parents, William (Andy) and Anna (Annie) Lemons.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Thomas E Sanders; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Butch Lay of Madisonville, Tn.; grandchildren, Jacob Lay of Alcoa, Tn., Sarah Lay of Madisonville, Tn., Aaron and (wife) Madison Lay of Arlington, Mass.; brother-in-law, James Lynn Sanders; sister-in-law Emma Loredo of Cedar Hill, Tx and sister-in-law Carol Ann Sanders of Chattanooga, Tn. Several cousins as well.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Idlewild Baptist Church and was a long- time employee of Sears and Roebuck Co. in Athens.
There will be a private family service at a later date.
