The SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management team received numerous awards while attending the SVN Annual Conference in Austin, Texas. Three brokers received Achiever Awards from SVN for brokering significant deals for Chattanooga and beyond. The firm as a whole also received two Power Broker Awards from CoStar Group for being a Top Sales Firm and a Top Leasing Firm.
Tiffanie Robinson, CEO of SVN | Second Story, helped kick-off the annual convention of nation-wide SVN Firms with a keynote address about the state of the company as a whole. It was an honor for Ms. Robinson to be selected to address teams from all over the United States and an opportunity to bring awareness Chattanooga’s market growth and how SVN | Second Story is aiding in this effort.
Three brokers with SVN | Second Story received Achievement awards for brokering notable deals for the firm. VP of Commercial Brokerage Kelly Fitzgerald, Vice President of Commercial Brokerage Natalie Hostetler, and Brokerage Advisor Brian Chadwick, all garnered recognition for their accomplishments over 2022.

As a firm, we are proud to represent Chattanooga and we are grateful for the opportunity to bring unique businesses to this city.”
SVN | Second Story as a firm also received two of the top awards for their performance over the past year. The CoStar Power Broker award was presented to SVN | Second Story for being a Top Leasing Firm and a Top Sales Firm in the area. This is the first year that SVN | Second Story has received both of these awards.
For the upcoming year, SVN | Second Story is focusing its efforts on finding and bringing in businesses to benefit Chattanooga and developing meaningful partnerships to further enrich the community.
