Decluttering expert Matt Paxton says you can let go of things that no longer serve you while keeping what's truly important for the next chapter in your life. In his new book “Keep the Memories, Lose the Stuff”, Mr. Paxton takes a humorous look at the stuff we hold onto and how it holds us back from living. He shares client success stories and tips to get started on a journey to downsizing and moving forward.

The public is invited to meet decluttering and downsizing expert Mr. Paxton from 4-5:30 p.m. Thursday at Goodwill Greater Chattanooga’s Store on East Brainerd Road. People can get his new book for free when they bring a donation and while supplies last.  For downsizing and relocation professionals, there will be a presentation from 6-7 p.m. at the Goodwill Job Connection Center next to the store. Seating is limited, email heatherh@goodwillchatt.org to secure a spot for his talk.
